My experience at bad restaurants.

If you are going to start a business in the food industry. Please make sure that you are organize and make sure that you have all the food on the menu.

Today I went to Applebees with my daughter. I told the host my name and a party of two people. I ask her for a booth because my back was hurting me. We had to wait for ever. Finally, the host called and we went to our table, to my surprise the table was small with two chairs not a booth. I told the host I asked for a booth. She said," if I want to wait." I said "no". We waited long enough already. My daughter and I sat. The waitress ask what appetizers we want. We choose the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks had too much cheese in it. The waitress took our orders and bring us two pepsi. We waited for ever for the food. I was so disappointed. At last the food came and my daughter's meal was like a child meal. She looked so disappointed that she ordered chicken fingers and french fries. I ordered a bake potato, a steak and mix vegetables. The waitress bring me a steak that was pink inside and broccoli instead of mix vegetables and she said they don't have any mix vegetables. I told her I want a well done steak. She took the food back to the chef to do over. The manager came and told me he was sorry about my meal and gave me a salad to eat until my meal was ready. The steak was done alright. It was very well done and not enjoyable to my taste buds. I was so disappointed that I will never go back to any Applebees if they pay me. The food was terrible and tasteless. This was my daughter and I third time at Applebees.

If you are starting a business in the food industry make sure you hire good chefs to prepare the food.
